Return Policy

At TechBeauty, we are committed to providing high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience, supported by a transparent return policy. Due to the nature of our specialized personal care electronic products, this policy has been carefully designed to protect the customer and ensure product safety, in accordance with health standards enforced in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

1. Return Period

Customers have the right to request a return within three (3) days from the date of receiving the order, provided all the conditions outlined below are met.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition and must not have been powered on, used, or tested.
  • The product must include all original components: box, internal packaging, charging cables, manuals, and accessories.
  • No signs of opening, tearing, or damage to the product or its packaging are allowed.
  • If there is damage or mismatch, photo or video documentation must be submitted within 24 hours.

3. Accepted Return Cases

  • Receipt of a damaged or defective product from the manufacturer.
  • Receipt of a product that does not match the order (type, color, or model).
  • Confirmed technical defect after inspection by our team (not caused by misuse).
  • Shipping damage, such as visible cracks, supported by immediate photos.
  • Missing essential components listed in the product description.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

  • If the product has been opened, powered on, or used in any way.
  • Personal care products (e.g., facial masks, massage devices, skincare/nail tools), even if unused.
  • Damage resulting from customer misuse.

5. Return Process

  • Contact us within 72 hours via customer.care@techbeauty.ai.
  • Include your order details and photo/video documentation if applicable.
  • Upon initial approval, we’ll arrange pickup via a shipping company.
  • After inspection, a final decision will be made.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within seven (7-14) business days.

6. Fees and Charges

  • If TechBeauty is at fault, we will cover all return and shipping fees.
  • If return is based on customer preference, customer bears shipping costs.
  • No refund will be issued if misuse or use is confirmed.

7. Important Notes

  • Please read all product descriptions carefully before ordering.
  • TechBeauty reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above terms.
  • This policy ensures a fair, secure shopping environment for all.
